The Caribbean Community Secretariat (CARICOM) is the recipient of German Financial Corporation (FC) funds via the German Development Bank (KfW) for the CARISMA project. CARICOM has delegated the coordination of the project to PANCAP
PANCAP is responsible for:
- Selection of the countries and measures of the Program on the basis of established criteria
- Verification of the procurement process and approval of the selected SMOs
- Monitoring of the program measures together with UNAIDS and the Regional Consultant.
PANCAP has delegated responsibility for managing the regional project to the Regional Consultant, Options Consultancy Services Ltd.
