The role of Options Consultancy Services

The management of the CARISMA project has been delegated to Options Consultancy Services Ltd, who serves as the “Regional Consultant”.

Working closely with KfW, CARICOM and PANCAP, Options' main responsibilities are to:

1. Contribute to the coordination of the CARISMA project
2. Select and subcontract capable and qualified Social Marketing Organisations (SMOs) to implement the social marketing activities in the respective countries through a competitive bidding process
3. Monitor the national social marketing activities assuring transparent, effective and efficient programme implementation and reporting in line with German Financial Cooperation guidelines as well as in harmony with regional and national strategies
4. Report and inform CARICOM/PANCAP/KfW on the project progress, constraints and developments
5. Facilitate coordination and liaison with PANCAP and the relevant stakeholders.
