PSI Social Marketing Assessment to Examine the Feasibility of Condom Social Marketing in the Eastern Caribbean Region

This 2002 report is a synthesis of the findings of a condom distribution survey conducted in 5 countries by Carmen Chan, PSI Consultant, and quantitative and qualitative research conducted by the Earle and Phillips Consulting Group over a 5-month period in 4 different countries. The report also includes information gathered by PSI’s Regional Technical Advisor, Elizabeth Beachy, in her meetings with host government institutions, NGOs, international donors and consumer product distributors and retailers. The report includes recommendations for the design and implementation of a social marketing project.
