The CARISMA programme works in selected countries across the Caribbean region:

In phase I (2004 – 2008), the CARISMA programme operated in Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica

In phase II (2009 – 2012), the CARISMA will focus on Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Suriname, Jamaica and East Caribbean including Antigua and Barbuda; Barbados; Dominica; Granada; St Kitts and Nevis; St Maarten; St Lucia; St Vincent and the Grenadines; Trinidad and Tobago
